With the Cannes Film Festival in full swing, let’s celebrate one of their past winners, David Lynch. His film, Wild at Heart won the Palme d’Or there in 1990. Often misunderstood for his unique projects, a terrific and very personal, documentary was recently released (Amazon). David Lynch: The Art Life paints a true portrait, a real treat for cinephiles.

Yes, his projects have divided audiences and critics alike, but there is no denying his creative genius, and a commitment to follow his passion. Lynch’s original Twin Peaks series definitely pushed the boundaries in the TV world, and now look at all the new, creative options on digital platforms.
