What is the difference between the CRM features included in the Essential and Growth plans?

The features provided in both plans are exactly the same. Essential is a plan designed for companies with less than 10 users. Essential is priced per user which is advantageous for smaller teams looking to grow. Growth is an unlimited user plan designed to provide everyone in sales and support with an all-in-one CRM.

Are we required to sign a long term contract?

No, we want you to work with CRMDialer because you want to and not because you have to which is why we leave the choice up to you! CRMDialer is available as a pay-as-you-go monthly service or through an annual agreement.

Can I add more talk time minutes if I run out?

Absolutely, you can add as many minutes and SMS credits as you need for your campaigns at any time.

How long does it take to get access to CRMDialer after signing up?

Your CRMDialer is automatically launched in approximately 90 seconds after signing up and you can begin using the system immediately to make and receive phone calls.

Am I able to use CRMDialer for international calling and texting?

While your team can be located anywhere in the world to use CRMDialer, calling and texting features are configured to use US and Canadian phone numbers.

What type of support is available?

Support is provided through live chat directly from within your site as well as email. Live chat and email support are available from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM ET, Monday to Friday.

How are minutes rounded for billing?

All calls are rounded to the next minute. A call for 1 minute and 11 seconds would be billed as 2 minutes of talk time.

How are conference call minutes counted when multiple participants are added at different times?

Conference calls beyond the first two participants are billed per minute per participant. For example, a conference call that starts with two people talking for 10 minutes after which a third participant is added for an additional 5 minutes of talk time, will be billed for a total of 15 minutes of talk time.
